Shipping & Delivery Questions
We currently ship exclusively to valid delivery addresses within the United States.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is generally 4–7 business days after dispatch, giving a normal total estimated delivery timeframe of approximately 5–9 business days.
Where available, tracking information is sent by email after your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the recorded delivery date, subject to the conditions stated in our Return and Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved.
Please contact us before sending a product back so that we can provide the correct return instructions and authorized return address.
Do not send returns to our Wyoming business address unless our customer service team has specifically instructed you to do so.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
